STEWARDESS
I’m a stewardess, but I used to be an editor for a magazine, so I always have had my head in the clouds. In addition, I’ve always been attracted by the heights and distances and so I came up with a great idea – I could explore the world as a flight attendant! 🙂

Melbourne is one of the most beautiful places in Australia. I can imagine a beautiful idyllic life here, but unfortunately my relationship to Australia reminds me my relationship with some of my suitors. They can be perfect and seem right, but I can not help, I do not feel anything to them… But it does not stop me from discovering some of the pretty parts of this pleasant city on Earth. Even though the jetleg from Australia is one of the most extreme and the winter hemisphere is cold right now, I am able to get out of my bed in the afternoon. My plan is to visit one of Melbourne’s most iconic places – colorful wooden beach boxes on Brighton beach. Originally I wanted to take some public transportation, but this season the sun sets earlier and I do not want to risk, that the sun will catch me before I reach the beach, so I just take Uber taxi. For 11 Australian dollars and about 15 minutes I’m there! The sun is slowly sinking to the sea and the beach, thanks to the colorful huts, comes alive with all the colors. I am surprised how many people there are in this cold weather! They are enjoying their picnics, playing beach volleyball or frisbee, walking their dogs, or taking pictures in front of beach boxes. Until recently, I had no idea that beach boxes, with their original Victorian architecture, had been in place since 1860! They come from the times when the swimsuits were not considered as a proper clothes in which you could just walk around the beach, so the boxes were there to cover the beach visitors… Interestingly, the houses survived the whole century, all the storms and the attempts of the Authorities to demolish them and the only thing that changes is their colorful facade. Try to walk around the beach and do not pull the camera out of your pocket… 🙂
